Alpha H2 Increases Global Verified Pipeline to 50,000-plus Following Deal in Greece

NEO’s European office, GreenH2 Europe, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Fame Exclusive Services to roll out Alpha H2’s hydrogen injection kits across its vehicle fleet.
The agreement will provide access to professional and commercial drivers’ associations, which represent thousands of commercial vehicles across Greece.
In parallel, GreenH2 Europe is working with municipal authorities and local governments in the greater Athens area to convert plastic waste into energy.
Additionally, there are plans to evaluate electrolysers to make fuel savings on current garbage trucks and discussions on hydrogen-powered garbage trucks, which would be supplied by NEO-affiliated companies.

Current 50,000-plus vehicle pipeline:

  • Ongoing hydrogen injection technology pilots with some of the largest transport and logistics groups in Latin America, representing 12,400 units.
  • Planning trials with two of the continent’s leading beverage bottlers, including one with over 30,000 vehicles across 11 countries.
  • Pilot project in Greece with potential initial sales of ten thousand units of hydrogen injection kits.

NEO Limited Opens Branch In India

NEO expanded its GreenH2 Global network after opening a branch in India.
This expansion follows the strong performance of GreenH2 LATAM, GreenH2 Africa, and GreenH2 Europe, which have delivered multiple clean energy projects across their respective regions, setting the blueprint for India.
The goal is to scale its proven venture-building model across key international markets.
The model has a proven track record of bringing multiple clean energy projects and technologies to market, delivering over $650 million in market capitalisation and more than $24 million in returns for shareholders.
GreenH2 Global brings together over 15 clean energy professionals with teams already established in Latin America, Africa, and Europe, and is actively delivering large-scale clean energy projects with multinational firms.

Independent Testing in Latin America Confirms Alpha H2’s Technology Delivers Significant Fuel Savings

Alpha H2 Limited announced that independent third-party testing by leading engineering firm, SAI Consulting, has confirmed significant fuel savings from its hydrogen injection systems.
The technology is being deployed across Latin America, led by NEO’s Mexican subsidiary, GreenH2 LATAM.
The comprehensive study, conducted across multiple engine platforms and driving conditions, validated Alpha H2’s ability to deliver real-world reductions in fuel consumption and emissions.

Key Results:

  • +18.7% improvement in fuel efficiency (Hyundai H100)
  • +14.5% improvement in fuel efficiency (Jeep Renegade)
  • Up to 10% NOx emissions reduction
  • These results support Alpha H2’s position as a cutting-edge, scalable fuel reduction solution for commercial fleet decarbonisation

H2i Partners with Oper8 Global to Accelerate National Expansion of Clean Burn Air Injection System

H2i Group Limited announced a new reseller partnership with Oper8 Global, a subsidiary of Viridis Green Data Centres.
This partnership represents a major step in H2i’s national rollout, following successful installations of its Clean Burn Air Injection System technology across Asia and the Middle East.
H2i’s proprietary system manages the injection of gas into the air intake of diesel engines, with a focus on heavy equipment, to significantly reduce emissions and fuel usage.
By partnering with Oper8—who has delivered solutions to enterprise and government clients including CSIRO, Telstra, Vocus, NBN, the University of Melbourne, and multiple government departments—H2i is well-positioned to scale deployment across Australia’s infrastructure, resources, and telecommunications sectors.
Both companies are currently working to finalise an installation with a major Australian customer, which is expected to anchor a significant sales pipeline.

Alpha H2 Launches Telematics System to Boost Fleet Fuel Insights in LATAM

Alpha H2 Limited launched a new telematics system to accompany its hydrogen injection retrofit kits via its Mexican office, GreenH2 LATAM.
The system will provide real-time data on fuel consumption, emissions reductions, and engine performance—delivering critical insights for fleet operators aiming to cut costs and decarbonise operations.
The telematics platform is being rolled out across Latin America and is currently being used in commercial trials across the region.
By capturing and analysing detailed vehicle data, the system allows operators to measure the effectiveness of the hydrogen technology and optimise fuel usage across their fleets.
Independent testing in Latin America confirms Alpha H2’s technology delivers significant fuel savings.

Outlook moving forward

Throughout the period, NEO has taken significant steps to deliver on the business strategy outlined since its inception, working toward shareholder liquidity and nurturing enterprise value through group growth.
