United H2 Limited’s European branch, GreenH2 Europe, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Fame Exclusive Services to roll out Alpha H2’s hydrogen injection kits across its vehicle fleet.
The agreement will provide access to professional and commercial drivers’ associations, which represent thousands of commercial vehicles across Greece.
In parallel, GreenH2 Europe is working with municipal authorities and local governments in the greater Athens area to convert plastic waste into energy.
Additionally, there are plans to evaluate electrolysers to make fuel savings on current garbage trucks and discussions on hydrogen-powered garbage trucks, which would be supplied by UHL-affiliated companies.
Alpha H2’s retrofit kits generate hydrogen onboard by converting water, blending it with traditional fuel to reduce emissions and fuel consumption—without the need for costly infrastructure or capital expenditure.
Its units reduce fuel usage & emissions by 20% and can be used for all types of engines and applications, including trucks, boats, cars, generators, utes, vans and heavy machinery.
The initial deployment will begin with Fame Exclusive Services’ fleet of 15 vehicles. Performance data from this trial will inform the broader rollout, which could expand across thousands of vehicles under the Association’s network.
This agreement lifts Alpha H2’s total verified deployment pipeline to 50,000 vehicles globally, reinforcing its position as a leader in scalable clean fuel technology.
It follows strong momentum in Latin America, where the company is deploying systems through a joint venture with United H2 Limited under the GreenH2 LATAM banner. Active markets include Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Brazil, and Spain.
Current 50,000-plus vehicle pipeline:
- Ongoing hydrogen injection technology pilots with some of the largest transport and logistics groups in Latin America, representing 12,400 units.
- Planning trials with two of the continent’s leading beverage bottlers, including one with over 30,000 vehicles across 11 countries.
- Pilot project in Greece with potential initial sales of ten thousand units of hydrogen injection kits.
The Greece pilot marks a key step in Alpha H2’s global expansion and a growing demand for practical decarbonisation solutions in commercial transport.
Will Davidson, CEO of United H2 Limited, said:
“With this agreement, Alpha H2’s global pipeline now stands at 50,000-plus vehicles—proof that the market is demanding real, scalable decarbonisation solutions for existing fleets. From Latin America to Europe, our hydrogen injection technology is gaining momentum because it delivers lower emissions and fuel savings without the need for major infrastructure or upfront capital. This is what the energy transition should look like—practical, fast, and financially viable.”
